Dr. Jones is Board Certified in internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is a qualified specialist in the treat- ment of Cardiovascular disease. Abilene area.  Dr. Jones grew up in Coleman and attended undergraduate school at the University of Texas.  His medical education continued at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, and at Baylor University Medical Center where he interned and completed his residency.  He later completed his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease there as well.

Dr. Jones is married to Deborah Lynn, who also grew up in the Coleman area.  They have two daughters.  Jeri Lyn, who is married and living in Abilene and Juli, who is attending Baylor School of Law and will graduate in April of 2006.  Dr. Jones enjoys fishing and working on his ranch in Coleman County during his spare time.
